Lindsie Boykin is the founder of Leaders Need Systems, LLC (LNS), a leadership development organization supporting leaders to “transform intentions into impact”. Systems are critical for school leaders because they transform good intentions into consistent, sustainable, and scalable actions. With a background as a teacher, principal, and leadership coach, she has served schools and leaders in Detroit, New York City, and across the U.S. Currently, she supports educators as a Leadership Coach with TNTP. Lindsie leads with a transformative style rooted in connection, excellence, and impact, driven by a vision of helping all leaders thrive.
