This interactive session transforms the intent of student voice into impactful shared governance. Participants analyze power structures and identify opportunities for students to serve as co-designers of the learning environment.We demonstrate how to move beyond tokenism toward inclusive Equity Advisory Boards. Attendees engage in a live Fishbowl discussion facilitated by student co-presenters, modeling real-time collaboration. We will employ breakout Design Labs where leaders draft a 90-day action plan for student-led initiatives.Participants leave with a Voice-to-Value toolkit featuring protocols for student-led faculty meetings and feedback loops aligned with NEASC Standards 1 and 2 (Student Agency). By the end of the hour, leaders will possess the practical framework necessary to elevate student perspective from a peripheral input to a driving force for school-wide transformation.
