This interactive session demonstrates how leaders can move from strategic intent to measurable impact by aligning systems, stakeholder voice, and professional learning. Facilitators will share how focus groups with students, faculty, and community members informed the creation of a strategic plan and Vision of the Graduate. Participants will examine how this work led to a three-year, cohort based professional learning pathway model providing sustained learning led by internal educators and external partners, including Throughline Learning. Pathways included Reaching and Teaching All Learners, Building Thinking Classrooms, Integrating Technology, Social Emotional Learning, and Paraprofessional Training. Through reflection, discussion, and planning activities, attendees will design structures for inclusive strategic planning and aligned professional learning within their own schools.
