How can school leaders transform the intent of global citizenship into tangible learner impact? In this interactive session, leaders from Brewster demonstrate how to align institutional vision with daily practice by leveraging cross-campus networks and local environments to deepen student agency. Presenters will showcase how they move beyond traditional student exchanges and share strategies on transforming abstract global concepts into impactful opportunities rooted in local communities. Participants will engage in collaborative activities to analyze their own school’s regional and institutional assets and attendees will leave with a practical framework for auditing partnerships, strategies to shift from measuring experiential "inputs" to learning "impacts," and a toolkit for purposeful, community-connected learning opportunities that directly align with the NEASC Framework.
