In the dynamic landscape of education, the use of data has become increasingly vital in shaping effective strategies to support student engagement and well-being.

Participants will embark on a journey of discovery, learning how the student engagement and well-being team at Millbrook School has both harnessed the power of existing data and innovated new streams of data to gain a deeper understanding of their students’ needs and challenges, ultimately paving the way for the development of more targeted interventions and personalized support via collaboration with UPenn's Master of Applied Positive Psychology program.

Attendees will explore various techniques for mining and analyzing data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations related to student engagement and well-being at Millbrook and in their own school community.
