Work-based learning (WBL) is a powerful opportunity, but schools often struggle to ensure every student has a consistent, meaningful experience. This session shares a practical WBL seminar model designed to bring clarity and purpose to workplace learning.
Built as a two-part seminar in the junior and senior year, the model uses a restorative, discussion-based format where students reflect on real workplace situations, learn from peers across trades, and build skills they can apply immediately.
